Without a doubt, the Multidrop is the most versatile depositor you can use in your bakery. There are many models available that can be configured to produce spritz cookies, twisting cookies, wire cut cookies, biscotti logs, chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter, macaroons, meringue, eclair, cream puff, and cheese straws. All of these products can be done on our hard dough head.

A soft dough head can be added to the machine to deposit liquid products like cake, ladyfingers, brownies and Madeleine's.

A special hard dough head is available with 'American' rollers, which can pass large chucks or nuts (chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, whole almonds).
